We want you to feel confident and sexy in your La Senza purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygienic reasons, panties and lingerie sets are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
